Grocery & Food: We aim to deliver within 30 to 60 minutes of order confirmation. However, the exact time depends on the merchant's preparation time, distance, and traffic conditions.
Parcel Services (QuickGo): Instant pickup once a delivery partner is assigned. Delivery time depends on the distance between the pickup and drop-off points.
Peak Hours: During heavy rain, festivals, or high demand, delivery times may be slightly extended. You can track your order live on the app.
2. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance (kilometers) from the pickup point to your location.
The final delivery fee will be shown on the checkout screen before you make the payment.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on grocery orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 500].
3. Service Area

If your location is outside our delivery zone, the app will notify you before you place the order.
4. Customer Responsibilities

6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after 3 phone calls or waits at the doorstep for more than 10 minutes, the order may be cancelled.
In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply, and the shipping charge will not be refunded.
