Cancellation Policy: Bhaiya Mart
At Bhaiya Mart, we aim to provide a flexible experience. However, to compensate for the effort of our merchant partners and delivery heroes, we have the following cancellation guidelines:
1. Food & Grocery Orders
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 60 seconds of placing it without any charges.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel after the merchant has accepted the order or started preparing the food, a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the order value) will be charged to cover the cost of food/items.
Merchant Cancellation: If a merchant is unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued immediately.
2. Parcel & Pick-up Services (QuickGo/Bhaiya Mart Delivery)
Before Assignment: No charge if cancelled before a delivery partner is assigned.
After Assignment: If you cancel after a delivery partner has reached your pickup location, a small convenience fee will be charged to compensate the partner for their fuel and time.
3. Automatic Cancellations by Bhaiya Mart
Bhaiya Mart reserves the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
The delivery address is outside our operational zone.
Failure to contact the customer via phone or at the doorstep at the time of delivery.
Unavailability of all the items ordered by the customer.
In case of incorrect pricing due to a technical glitch.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, go to the "My Orders" section in the Bhaiya Mart app, select the active order, and click on "Cancel Order." If the button is not visible, it means the order has progressed too far to be cancelled.
